Layton Logan gave up the fewest hits he has since back in February on Tuesday. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Logan and Calhoun Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Lee Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
