Basketball Game Preview: Arrupe Jesuit Generals vs. Skyview Wolverines

Having just played yesterday, the Arrupe Jesuit Generals will jump right back in to play the Skyview Wolverines at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Arrupe Jesuit saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 57-48 to Conifer. The contest marked the Generals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Skyview waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 51-40 win over the Commanders. While the Wolverines didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

This is the second loss in a row for Arrupe Jesuit and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for Skyview, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Arrupe Jesuit suffered a grim 54-33 defeat to Skyview in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Can Arrupe Jesuit avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
