Softball Recap: Amherst-Pelham Regional Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Amherst-Pelham Regional's offense. They came up short against the Lee Wildcats on Wednesday, falling 23-0. The Hurricanes just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row dating back to last season.

Amherst-Pelham Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lee, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Amherst-Pelham Regional will take on Smith Vo-Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lee, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against St. Mary at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
