Soccer Game Preview: Omak vs. Tonasket

Omak hasn't had much luck against Tonasket recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Pioneers will look to defend their home pitch against the Tigers at 1:00 p.m. Omak has given up an average of 3.1 goals per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Omak lost 6-1 to Brewster on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Tonasket kept a clean sheet against Manson on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Trojans 1-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Tonasket.

Tonasket pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Omak, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1.
