Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Xavier). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Western Dubuque Bobcats 75-39. The Saints have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 28 points or more this season.

Xavier's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Western Dubuque, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Xavier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-45 victory against Marion on the 11th. As for Western Dubuque, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Liberty at 7:30 p.m. Liberty knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Western Dubuque likes a good challenge.
