Basketball Recap: Crest Ridge Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Brilynn Fleming and Ella Shaw

Crest Ridge was the 56-50 winner over Adrian when they last played one another back in February of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars came up short against the Blackhawks on Tuesday, falling 62-38.

Crest Ridge's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ella Shaw, who posted ten points and six steals, and Brilynn Fleming, who put up ten points in addition to six boards and four steals. Fleming is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last seven games she's played dating back to last season.
