Basketball Recap: Bethlehem Central Comes Up Short

Bethlehem Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 59-50 to the Troy Flying Horses. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Flying Horses apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Bethlehem Central now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Troy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Bethlehem Central will square off against Mohonasen at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Troy, they will venture away from home to square off against Ichabod Crane at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Flying Horses will be up against the Riders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.58 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
