Baseball Recap: Three Straight Home Wins for Crystal City

Crystal City won the last time they faced Randolph and things went their way on Friday too. The Crystal City Javelinas walked away with a 6-1 win over the Randolph Ro-Hawks.

The team relied heavily on Eric Garcia, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and two RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. Isaiah Mata was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.

Crystal City was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .467. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Randolph only posted a batting average of .083.

Crystal City pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
