Portersville Christian won the last time they faced Jefferson County Christian and things went their way on Friday too. Portersville Christian secured a 51-46 W over the Jefferson County Christian Royals. The win made it back-to-back victories for Portersville Christian.

Jefferson County Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lee Gump, who went 6 of 10 en route to 12 points in addition to five boards and four blocks. Gump is crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mark Jenkins, who posted 17 points and six rebounds.

Portersville Christian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Jefferson County Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.
