Softball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Central duked it out with Alhambra on Thursday. The Bobcats came up short against the Lions, falling 20-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 on Tuesday.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Alhambra, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Central will take on rival Carl Hayden Community at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Alhambra is set to square off against their familiar foe Metro Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
