Baseball Game Preview: Immaculate Mustangs vs. Stratford Red Devils

The Immaculate Mustangs are taking a road trip to square off against the Stratford Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Immaculate's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Stratford's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Monday just wasn't the day for Immaculate's offense. They lost 7-0 to New Milford on Monday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Stratford got themselves on the board against Harding on Monday, but Harding never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Presidents with a sharp 14-0 victory. The Red Devils have beaten the Presidents the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Presidents has come to flipping the script.

Stratford's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Immaculate, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Immaculate beat Stratford 5-1 when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
