Volleyball Recap: West Field's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

West Field had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Mountain Crest Mustangs 3-0 on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15, 25-21.

Chandler Hill paced West Field's offense, picking up ten kills. Hill got some help from Owen Orrock and his 18 assists. Orrock was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

West Field's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Mountain Crest, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Field will challenge Ridgeline at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mountain Crest, they will face off against Ogden at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
