Basketball Recap: Northern Nash Knights vs. C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons
There's no place like home for Northern Nash, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against the C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons by a score of 70-57 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 73-53 last Friday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northern Nash to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kingston Little, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds. That's the most points Little has posted since back in December of 2023. CJ Rosser was another key player, going 6 of 10 on his way to 18 points.
C.B. Aycock lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jaiden Williams, who posted 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Smith, who put up 13 points.
