Basketball Recap: Riverdale Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Riverdale can now relate to. They came up short against the Windsor Forest Knights on Wednesday, falling 89-66. The Raiders' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Windsor Forest's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sean Cabellero led the charge by putting up 26 points. Another player making a difference was Landon Page, who posted 18 points.

Riverdale's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Windsor Forest, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 20 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Riverdale nor Windsor Forest have any future games scheduled.
