Baseball Recap: Century Comes Up Short

Century lost against Pocatello back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Diamondbacks came up short against the Thunder, falling 12-4. The Diamondbacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Century saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaxton Humphries, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

Century's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Pocatello, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Thunder beat Century by a score of 7-2 later that day.
