Arapahoe won the last time they faced Alma and things went their way on Monday too. The Warriors won by a set and slipped past the Cardinals 2-1.

Emma Strand paced Arapahoe's offense, picking up 17 kills. Strand got some help from Sawyer Shafer and her 31 assists. Shafer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Arapahoe is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. As for Alma, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-16.

Arapahoe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Alma, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Superior on the 27th.
