NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools recap September 10, 2013

Charlotte Latin scaled the state rankings by moving to 80 from 123 this week, the biggest jump in NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools. The Hawks climbed the ranks as a result of topping Carolina Pride 45-6.

Charlotte Christian was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fourth to second in the league. The Knights defeated Victory Christian Center 49-6 earlier in the week.

Charlotte Christian's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Austin Kendall threw for 128 and 2 touchdowns and Garrett Bradbury had 64 yards receiving. On the ground Elijah Deveaux contributed 94 yards. Adam Durden helped Charlotte Christian's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 33 yards.

Jason Estep's team's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver.
