Soccer Recap: Fasman Yeshiva Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fasman Yeshiva can now relate to. They came up short against the Richmond-Burton Rockets on Tuesday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Fasman Yeshiva can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 449th, while Richmond-Burton is ranked 223rd).

Fasman Yeshiva's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Richmond-Burton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-7-2.

Fasman Yeshiva does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Richmond-Burton, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Chicago Mathematics & Science on the 23rd.
