Basketball Recap: Perryton Takes a Loss

Perryton lost against Canyon back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Perryton Rangers were dealt an 83-11 loss at the hands of the Canyon Eagles. The contest marked the Rangers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Perryton has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-19 record this season. As for Canyon, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-4.

Perryton will face off against Pampa at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th. Canyon has already played their next game, a 59-51 victory against Randall on the 24th.
