Basketball Recap: Union County Comes Up Short

Union County lost against Ringgold back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Union County Panthers took a 58-41 bruising from the Ringgold Tigers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union County's loss dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Ringgold, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10.

Union County has already played their next contest (against North Murray), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ringgold will face off against Murray County at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Murray County will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Ringgold surely won't give up without a fight.
