Basketball Recap: Manley Comes Up Short

On Monday, the Manley Wildcats came up short against the Thornridge Falcons and fell 68-60. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Thornridge, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manley won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Orr at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Orr is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.2 points per game this season. Thornridge and Thornton will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Thornridge is facing Thornton at the right time seeing as Thornton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
