Otis-Bison can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the LaCrosse Leopards. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Otis-Bison not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept LaCrosse between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17.

Lily Schwindt paced Otis-Bison's offense, picking up seven kills. Schwindt got some help from Emma Bahr and her nine assists. Jade Holman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Otis-Bison's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for LaCrosse, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Otis-Bison has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Macksville on the 4th. As for LaCrosse, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Western Plains on the 9th.
