Soccer Recap: South Stokes Victorious

South Stokes and West Stokes pushed the score to 7-3 the last time they played West Stokes, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Sauras' defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 2-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but South Stokes were the better team in the second half.

Eli Nelson and Cooper Willard scored both of South Stokes' goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.
