Salem Hills had to endure a six-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Springville Red Devils with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 25-9.

Kate Keisel paced Salem Hills' offense, picking up ten kills. Keisel got some help from Evee Schaerrer and her 22 assists. Aspen Tolbert controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Salem Hills' victory bumped their record up to 6-20. As for Springville, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-20.

Salem Hills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Maple Mountain on the 14th. As for Springville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Payson on the 14th.
