Basketball Recap: White County Takes a Loss

White County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 52-40 to the Dawson County Tigers. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 77-57 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

White County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Dawson County, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-12.

When White County and Dawson County next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. White County will try to stop Lumpkin County's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Dawson County will face off against Pickens and their 16-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
