Soccer Recap: Livermore's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Livermore had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They beat the Northgate Broncos by a goal, winning 2-1. The Cowboys have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Broncos, too.

Gerardo Macias and Trevor Crouch scored both of Livermore's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Livermore's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Northgate, they now have a losing record at 1-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Livermore will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Antioch at 6:30 p.m. on December 27th. Northgate also won't see the pitch for a while: their next game is against Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
