Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Lee-Scott Academy

Lee-Scott Academy had won three straight games and Haiden Harper did his part to make it four on Tuesday. The Lee-Scott Academy Warriors blew past the Beulah Bobcats 76-50 thanks in part to Harper, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 assists. Those 11 assists gave him a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Parks Myers, who went 7 of 8 en route to 17 points and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last four times he's played.

Lee-Scott Academy pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Beulah, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Lee-Scott Academy will square off against Lanett at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lee-Scott Academy is facing Lanett at the right time seeing as Lanett is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Beulah, they will face off against Notasulga at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Beulah will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: Notasulga will have lost five straight heading into Thursday's game.
