It was a good run, but Oswego unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Fremd Vikings by a score of 2-1. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in September of 2019.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Fremd, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Oswego has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Cary-Grove on the 19th. As for Fremd, they will take on Lake Park in a tournament on Saturday.
