Basketball Recap: Henderson Comes Up Short

Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Pine Tree Pirates 85-49. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-33 back in January.

Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-24. As for Pine Tree, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-12.

Henderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pine Tree, they will square off against Athens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Athens will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Pine Tree surely won't give up without a fight.
