Volleyball Recap: Syracuse Comes Up Short

Syracuse managed to slip by Skyridge the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Falcons on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Titans have suffered since October 29, 2024.

Syracuse was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Skyridge work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 28-26, 25-21.

Syracuse moved to 3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Skyridge, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Syracuse will face off against Viewmont at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Skyridge, they will take on Northridge at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
