Softball Recap: Parkland Comes Up Short

Parkland came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 12-0 to the Americas Trail Blazers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Matadors have suffered since February 28th.

Parkland's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Americas, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-13.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Parkland is set to challenge their familiar foe Bel Air at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Americas will take on rival Hanks at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
