            Basketball Recap: Crosshill Christian Eagles vs. Weston-McEwen TigerScots        
        
		
        
        
            On Saturday, the Crosshill Christian Eagles came up short against the Weston-McEwen TigerScots  and fell  44-37. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings  (they are ranked 67th, while the TigerScots are ranked sixth).
Crosshill Christian dropped their record down to 2-6 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Weston-McEwen, the  victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crosshill Christian and Santiam will round out the year against one another at  at 2:30  p.m.  on December 30th. As for Weston-McEwen, they will take on Oakland at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.
