Baseball Recap: Oxford Takes Down Ranked Rabun Gap-Nacoochee

Oxford is ranked highly in their home state and on Thursday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Rabun Gap-Nacoochee. The Oxford Yellow Jackets skirted past the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles 10-8. The victory was nothing new for the Yellow Jackets as they're now sitting on three straight.

Oxford let Hudson Gilman and Nick Richardson run wild. Gilman went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles, while Richardson scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-4. Richardson has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Canaan Whitman was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
