Football Game Preview: Colfax Bulldogs vs. Liberty Lancers + How To Watch

The Colfax Bulldogs will challenge the Liberty Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Colfax is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

On Friday, Colfax strolled past Priest River with points to spare, taking the game 34-20. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Bulldogs' disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 212th in Washington, while the Spartans are ranked 82nd in Idaho).

Meanwhile, Liberty came up short against DeSales on Friday and fell 38-27. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Colfax will have to contain Drew Piersol as he made an impact in Liberty's last game. He picked up 129 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 68 yards on only five carries.

Colfax's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Things could have been worse for Colfax, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 27-8 loss to Liberty when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
