After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Warren Regional, South Hunterdon was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 46-37 win over the Dunellen Destroyers. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Destroyers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Despite the loss, Dunellen still got an impressive performance from Malia Auguste, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 15 boards. Madison Fuller was another key player, putting up eight points and ten rebounds.

South Hunterdon's win bumped their record up to 5-18. As for Dunellen, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-21.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. South Hunterdon will venture away from home to challenge Central Jersey College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dunellen, they will head out to square off against Piscataway Vo-Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
