Julius Gillick Dazzles in Edison Win
 Edison picked up their sixth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Julius Gillick. Gillick did his part (and then some), rushing for 220 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry for the 'W'. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 103  rushing yards dating back to last season.
 Edison's win was  their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 6-2. Gillick and Edison will head out to  face off against Mission Viejo  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Mission Viejo Wins 16th-Straight Thanks to  Jayden Hill
 Mission Viejo picked up their 16th consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Jayden Hill. Hill turned in his biggest game of the season, picking up  4.5  sacks and making ten total tackles (6.0 for loss). He is  on a roll when it comes to  total tackles, as he's  now  made five or more in the last four games he's  played.
 Mission Viejo pushed their record up to 8-0 with the  victory, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season. Hill and Mission Viejo will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Edison  at 7:00  p.m.

Jaden Williams Turns in Another Game with at Least Five  Total Tackles
  Jaden Williams was instrumental in extending Mission Viejo's winning streak to 16 on Friday. Williams wasn't messing around, picking up  1.5  sacks, making 12 total tackles (4.0 for loss),  and defending two passes. The  match was his 24th straight with five or   more total tackles dating back to last season.
 San Clemente's probably not too fond of  Williams given he always seems to get the better of them. When  Williams last faced the Tritons  back in October of 2023, he picked up  a  sack, made 11 total tackles (4.0 for loss),  and defended a pass.

Kane Nolte Goes Supernova in Mission Viejo Win
  Kane Nolte was instrumental in extending Mission Viejo's winning streak to 16 on Friday. San Clemente had no answer to  Nolte  as he picked up  2.5  sacks and made six total tackles (3.0 for loss).
 San Clemente's probably not too fond of  Nolte given he always seems to get the better of them. Nolte picked up  2.5  sacks and made nine total tackles the last time he and the Tritons duked it out  back in October of 2023.
