Football Recap: Sabino Keeps Pusch Ridge Christian Academy's Under Pressure + How To Watch

Sabino lost against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sabercats received a blow as they fell 27-8 to the Lions. The Sabercats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even if they lost, Sabino's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Gabe Warren and Shaundon Harris, who each picked up 0.5 sacks apiece.

A big part of Pusch Ridge Christian Academy's win came down to the chemistry between Race Pinneo and his top target Dominic Painter. Pinneo threw for 145 yards and three touchdowns while Painter picked up 60 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Sabino now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, their record now sits at 6-1.
