Holt can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Waverly Warriors by a score of 3-1. That two set margin sets a new team best for the Rams this season.

Holt had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 29-27, 25-22, 25-18.

Holt's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-13. As for Waverly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-14-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Holt is set to take on their familiar foe East Lansing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Waverly will challenge rival Okemos at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
