Volleyball Recap: Olympic Takes a Loss

Olympic lost against Corvian Community back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans came up short against the Cardinals, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-10.

Corvian Community found their leader in freshman Macia Newell, who had eight aces and four assists.

Olympic's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympic will welcome Palisades at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Corvian Community, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Lake Norman Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
