Football Recap: Colton Sanford's Menacing Defense Leads Adairsville over Lafayette

Adairsville's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They took down the LaFayette Ramblers 27-10. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Ramblers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Adairsville didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Colton Sanford, Jake Barszcz, and Gatlin Fair picked up one apiece. Barszcz got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Adairsville's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for LaFayette, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
