The Hamilton Big Blue will head out on the road to square off against the Lakota West Firebirds at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
After only two runs in their last match, Hamilton made sure to put some runs up on the board against Lakota West on Monday. Hamilton sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 10-9 victory over Lakota West.
Clint Moak was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Moak was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Nick Brosius was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-3. Cournell Bennett mccoy was another key contributor, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and a double.
