Basketball Recap: Arabia Mountain Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Arabia Mountain had lost eight straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 2-13 to make it nine. They were beaten by the Chamblee Bulldogs 93-54. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 408th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 61st).

Arabia Mountain's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Rance McKenzie, who shot 47% from the field en route to 25 points and five boards, and Colby Johnson, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 19 points and six rebounds. Johnson is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last three games he's played.

As for Chamblee, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-5. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Eston McDow, who shot 64% from the field on his way to 18 points along with six assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Coley, who went 5-for-6 en route to 11 points and five assists.
