Volleyball Game Preview: Kennedy Cougars vs. Antelope Titans

Kennedy is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will head out to face off against the Antelope Titans at 6:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

While Kennedy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over El Camino on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14, 25-19.

Antelope had won ten straight road games dating back to last season and Anthony Ehly did his part to make it 11 on Thursday. Antelope blew past Center 3-0 thanks in part to Ehly, who had 15 assists and two aces. That's the most assists he has posted over his last three matches.

While Antelope won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14, 25-22.

Kennedy's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Antelope, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.
