Basketball Recap: Garden Valley's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Garden Valley suffered their closest loss since January 8th on Friday. They fell just short of the Butte County Pirates by a score of 65-62.

Garden Valley's defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-2. As for Butte County, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Garden Valley and North Star will round out the year against one another at at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Butte County, they will take on Valley at 12:20 p.m. on December 28th. Valley will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Butte County surely won't give up without a fight.
