Softball Recap: Cooper Comes Up Short

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Cooper and Ryle, and Ryle kept the tradition alive. The Jaguars fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent defeat being a 7-6 loss back in April.

Cooper's defeat dropped their record down to 20-11-1. As for Ryle, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 22-13.

As of now, neither Cooper nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
