Football Recap: Interlake Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a strong season so far, Interlake has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They took a 41-27 bruising from the Juanita Ravens on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Saints of the 21-8 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2019.

Despite the loss, Interlake still got an impressive performance from Julian Hayes, who threw for 196 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 92 yards. The Saints are 6-1 when Hayes posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Mykah Mondin was another key player, picking up 78 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Juanita can attribute much of their success to Tommy Hullinger, who picked up 36 receiving yards and two TDs.

Interlake's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Juanita, their record now sits at 4-6.

As of now, neither Interlake nor the Ravens have any future games scheduled.
