Soccer Recap: Marlboro County Comes Up Short

Marlboro County and Hanahan squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Marlboro County had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 8-0. The shutout was out of character for Marlboro County seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Marlboro County dropped their record down to 5-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Hanahan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Marlboro County nor Hanahan have any future games scheduled.
