Squalicum was the 57-49 winner over Ferndale when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Squalicum Storm took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ferndale Golden Eagles on Monday. The Storm's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Squalicum's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Ferndale, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Squalicum will host Cedarcrest at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Squalicum is facing Cedarcrest at the right time seeing as Cedarcrest is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Ferndale, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Mount Vernon at 7:15 p.m.
