Soccer Recap: Salt Lake Academy Comes Up Short

Salt Lake Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They came up short against the Mountain Ridge Sentinels, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, Salt Lake Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while Mountain Ridge are ranked 20th).

Salt Lake Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Mountain Ridge, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

As of now, neither Salt Lake Academy nor the Sentinels have any future games scheduled.
