Softball Recap: Spain Park Plays to a Tie

Spain Park's tournament run continued when they took on Satsuma on Friday. The Jaguars and the Gators finished up their contest with a 3-3 tie.

Spain Park's tie gives them a new season record of 15-18-1. Meanwhile, Satsuma's record is now 23-14-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spain Park will venture away from home to square off against Huntsville at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Jaguars' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Satsuma, they will head out on the road to face off against Daphne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Gators' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season.
